• Profile information that you provide for your user profile and account setting page.
• Content (likewise photos, posts, comments, and other materials) that you post to the service.
• Communications between you and oYari. For example, we may send you service-related emails.

Information we collect automatically. This information includes but is not limited to:

• The Internet Protocol (IP) address of the device from which you access the Platform (this can be used to derive the country or city from which you are accessing the Platform).
• Information about you and your device/computer/mobile. For example, when visiting our site, we log your device operating system type, browser type, browser language, the website you visited before browsing to our Site, pages you viewed, how long you spent on a page, access times, and information about your use of and actions on our site.

Cookies Information (Referred as Cookies Uses)

We allow you to sign up and sign in using your Facebook/Google accounts as well as to link them with your existing oYari account. We may get information about you from these sources and may add to the information we get from this site.

• To respond to you about any comment or inquiry you have submitted.
• To promote our services through our social media profiles.

For other purposes, provided we disclose this to you at the relevant time, and provided that you agree to the proposed use of your personal data.

The nature of the oYari service is that most information you give us will be shared with any other user, or even anonymous visitor, of the oYari service. This includes your profile details, Live Stream posts, comments, photos, general location, and a portion of your account settings.

• We may share your information with your consent. For example, you may let us share personal information with others for their own marketing uses. Those uses will be subject to their privacy policies.
• We may share your information for legal, protection, and safety purposes as well as to comply with laws and to respond to lawful requests and legal processes.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to help keep the information collected through the service, secure and take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify your identity before granting you access to your account. However, we cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit to oYari or guarantee that information on the service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

You understand that your information collected through the service may be transferred, stored, and processed in India or any other country in which AS Tech Solutions, its Affiliates, or Service Providers maintain facilities. You also acknowledge that in certain countries or with respect to certain activities, the collection, transferring, storage, and processing of your information may be undertaken by trusted vendors of ours. Such vendors are bound by contract not to use your personal information for their own purposes or provide it to any third parties.

We are not in the business of selling any of your personal information to any other individual or company. We do not sell, rent, or lease our customer list or users' personal information to third parties.

We will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on our company or the site, protect and defend the rights or property of our company, and act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of this service, or the public.

In general, your data will be retained on our servers for as long as necessary to provide our services. You have the ability to delete the posts, comments, and photos that you make directly from our website/app.

Please be informed that when you delete some information or your account, some or all of your information may remain on our servers, but you will not be able to access it.

We retain information as long as we need it either to comply with applicable law or for any legal request, obligation, governmental investigation, legal claim, complaint, litigation, or regulatory proceedings.

If we need it for other legitimate purposes, such as to prevent harm; investigate possible violations of our policies or terms; promote safety, security, and integrity; or protect ourselves, including our rights, property or products.

If your account had/has certain restrictions applied due to violations of our policies or terms then we retain your information.

If you’d like your user data held by oYari to be deleted, kindly email support@oyari.com from your registered email address. Once we've received your request, a support staff member will queue the data deletion process. A confirmation email will be automatically sent to your email account. Kindly accept the request to finalize the data deletion process.
